"We had a group of 7 and had our annual Away Day to cover off a few hours of planning etc and found this house perfect for our stay. There’s room to burn here, great views and nice easy walks very close to the property. The kayaks were a bonus and 2 of went out at 8am and had some fun with lots of dolphins about 150 metres from the shore. I highly rate Coopers catch in Kaikoura for a fish and chip lunch. I great team bonding experience in a great house. Thanks"

"Wonderful stay at Cubby House in Kaikoura! Leanne and Richard have created an oasis complete with an amazing view and friendly-furry-4-legged greeters. We traveled in NZ for over 2 weeks and Cubby House was the only place we stayed that had this level of charm, the most amazing coffee machine ever, and a fridge full of wonderful breakfast ingredients. If the opportunity arises, we will certainly be back."

Great communication and best home guide I have ever seen for a property. Would highly recommend. Lots of rooms and great outdoor spaces also "

"Stayed for a month and it became home for us. Great location for all activities in the south bay/kaikoura area and the house has everything you need in a comfortable, clean condition. We didn have any issues but im sure the owner would deal with any promptly."
