"Wir haben ein schönes Wochenende mit der Familie im Haus Kristall verbringen dürfen. Das Haus ist wunderschön und zentral, aber dennoch ruhig in St. Engelmar in einer Sackgasse gelegen. Unsere Kinder waren ganz begeistert vom riesigen Garten und konnten richtig "rum räubern". Das hat uns richtig begeistert. Wir könnten entspannt in der Sonne liegen und die Kinder im eingezäunten Garten auf Entdeckungsreise gehen.Außerdem ist zu erwähnen, dass das Haus wirklich hervorragend ausgestattet ist...

"EXCELLENT ********** My husband and I spent a week in the lovely home . Our hosts where superb and we cannot thank them enough for making us feel so welcome. Spotlessly clean and well equiped. We wanted for nothing. It's location is FANTASTIC . Wonderful veiws from all sides of the home. Around a 25 minute walk into the town center. Bus and train station are also about the same to walk to. "We were giving the further away rooms, which involved taking two sets of elevators and long corridor to reached to adjacent building something we find it a bit strange, perhaps it was we asked for three rooms be as close as possible, and those were the available? The front desk staff named Florence (Spanish Spoken) who did not checked us in, she goes out her way go out of her way trying to re-accomodate us to other rooms as well showing the room to rectified this inconvenience, we(our whole family) must said how extraordinary she is, please do pass on out appreciation and gratitude. The breakfast was deliciously plentiful, as well coffee was excellent. It's highly recommended."

"We were there for 3 nights. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. When we arrived, we couldn’t get the coffee machine to work. A phone call to reception and our problem was solved immediately. The member of staff told us immediately what the problem was. Breakfast choices were excellent. Restaurant staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was ideally located for eating out annd was opposite the main railway station which suited us very well as we were travelling to our next destination by train. I would certainly stay there again."

"Staff were warm and friendly,always willing to help and give information as and when needed. Rooms are excellent,really comfy bed,fridge and so clean and tidy. Also asked for a quiet room 604 that we had previously stayed in and the receptionist had no hesitation in giving us the room. Great place all round."

"They were soooo accommodating and and attentive. The booking staff went above and beyond making my birthday extra special. I got a birthday cupcake and, personalised card and decorations upon entering my room. We were also given drinks vouchers on arrival. There was only one rude porter when we were checking out. But overall it was a great experience. I'll stay here again if I'm ever in Munich again."
