"The Facility is clean all the way around. The front desk staff was friendly, courteous and helpful with local questions. Everyone I spoke with spoke English so that was very helpful. The area is right across the train station and easy public transportation access but at the same time causes a lot of outside noise. I personally don’t mind since I’m from a big city but overall I would stay here again."

"The hotel was absolutely lovely inside. Gorgeous artworks, modern and spacious lobby. The restaurant and bar was amazing and staff were friendly and attentive. The food was great and the service too. Our room was simple and very clean, perfect for what we needed. The view was not too bad, the area its in looks run down, with derelict buildings and graffiti and sewage smells to one side amd a nice park and the river to another. I mean its close to a motorway and train station...good...

"The hotel was wonderful. We loved the attic room with the cool air coming through the window. However the area around the hotel didn’t feel safe. It was close to the main train station which is why we chose it. I would not be going out after dark in that neighbourhood."
