The hotel is nice and modern but in a rough neighborhood. The restaurant in 1st floor is also very nice and served good breakfast. My room was small so no space for a chair.

Nice hotel, bad location.

The area around the Hotel is terrible and not safe for tourists, watch out. The breakfast was turkish and fresh but not in our taste but i think its good if you are in to that kind of food. The room was nice and clean, Easy parking in garage under the hotel.

Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass es offiziell Frühstück erst ab 8 Uhr gibt. Ich war der freundlichen Mitarbeiterin des Frühstücksrestaurants dankbar, dass ich schon etwas früher kommen durfte. Sonst hätte ich mein gebuchtes Frühstück nicht nutzen können.

Ich habe drei Nächte allein in diesem Hotel verbracht und insgesamt einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt gehabt. Das Hotel ist ausgesprochen sauber, und auch mein Zimmer war in einem hervorragenden Zustand – modern, gepflegt und einladend. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Frühmorgens war manchmal das Reinigungspersonal auf dem Flur zu hören, was leicht geweckt hat. Außerdem hat die Klimaanlage gelegentlich ungewöhnliche Geräusche gemacht. Als Anregung würde ich empfehlen, Mülltüten in den Mülleimern bereitzulegen, damit das Personal beim Entleeren nicht mit benutzten Taschentüchern oder Ähnlichem in direkten Kontakt kommt. Die Lage ist etwas speziell und für Familien vielleicht weniger attraktiv – dennoch bin ich überzeugt, dass es das beste Hotel in der Umgebung ist und kann es für Alleinreisende oder Geschäftsreisende absolut weiterempfehlen.

Hotel is awesome and cleaning staff was top notch. Rooms were nice and front desk staff was super helpful. The area is a little shady with lots of homeless and drug addicts nearby. Didn’t feel unsafe for me but you are definitely reminded that you are 200m from the central train station. Their underground parking was excellent and safe for my rental car.

Das Zimmer ist sehr schön und modern. Wir haben zur Straße hin ein großes Fenster zum rausschauen. Wenn man es zu macht hört man auch kaum was von draußen. Allerdings hört man von der Türe alles was auf dem Gang passiert.Wenn jemand eine Zimmertüre schließt ist es sooo laut und man wacht jedesmal auf. Ich hab einen sehr tiefen Schlaf aber selbst mich weckt es immer auf. Tatsächlich kommt es auch sehr oft in der Früh und generell am Tag vor, so das es den Schlaf schon sehr beeinträchtigt. Ich habe schon eine ähnliche Bewertung gelesen und wünschte ich hätte ihr Glauben geschenkt.

J'ai pris le petit déjeuner en option et découvrant l'heure incompatible avec mon départ, j'ai demandé à annuler. L'hôtel ma demandé de contacter hotels.com et ils accepteront le remboursement.... Et puis refus. Pas très commerçant. Le quartier n'est pas super bien fréquenté.

Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt! Das Hotel ist wunderschön, sauber und ein Traum drinnen zu schlafen! Das Hotel ist perfekt und das Personal super! Einzig negativ ist die Gegend um das Hotel. Da kommt man sich vor wie in einem afrikanischen/orientalischen Ghetto. Ich würde dennoch immer wieder kommen. Vielen Dank!

Clean and silent

Clean and very silent hotel although situated in a noisy street. The breakfast was really not my taste, too heavy, with no lighter alternatives. Also it began at 8:00 which was rather late when you’re just passing by
