Only complaint was one day we spent at the pool was the same day they were cleaning the rooftop bar so we were basically "rained" on from whatever they were using to clean the roof. "This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The cleaning staff were amazing!!! They thoroughly cleaned the room daily. They will even mop the floors and give you fresh linens. If you just want to swap out for fresh towels and take out the garbage they will also do that, but they always asked if you wanted them to clean and mop the floors.
