"We were first sent to the Wall Street which was terrible. It looked nothing like the photos. It may have been Expedia’s fault for having the wrong photos up. Wall Street is run down. I informed a property manager that night via email & no response. The next morning another property manager texted asking how my stay is & I informed her of the issue. "Wonderful hotel!! We did the valet parking, wonderful staff to help with this. Check in and out very smooth and quick. Overall very clean and smelled nice. Our room was clean and fully stocked, loved the spacious bathroom with a full wall mirror as well as a full body mirror in the entryway of the room. Comfy bed with lots of pillows. Downtown Seattle can walk to anywhere you need/want to go :) would definitely stay again!! "
