"The hotel was great. However, the elevator was down for a period of time. The hotel was available for assistance to help me with my luggage since I was on the 11th floor (top floor). They did fix the elevator in time for me to use it. The hotel restaurant was delicious too. I would come back again. Front desk agent: Kathleen was a rockstar!"
