"We appreciated the front desk personnel. From the time of making our reservation they promptly responded to our questions about transportation to their property from the airport via texts. Once we arrived they were ready to help with any incidental needs.
The room was well kept & had a fresh look. The room staff kept our room looking refreshed each day.
We got great recommendations to places to eat & local attractions.
We’re happy to recommend this hotel "
"Great hotel. We stayed here last year also. It’s amazing seeing the same friendly staff as last year! Close to great meal options and grocery to get last minute items. Staying here pre cruise. "
"Loved this Seattle 90s Rock themed Hotel!! The staff were super helpful and willing to go out of their way to make our stay better than we could imagine! Check in was fast and easy, lobby was clean and had every bit of 90s alternative rock and iconic memorabilia that you could imagine. Loved walking the halls and checking out which rock star was on every door. You can tell they really took the time to make your stay memorable! The location is perfect for downtown events, shopping, and conveniently located near coffee and breakfast places! We loved our stay, just hoping for a better view from our room next time we visit Seattle and stay at Hotel Max!!"
"Palihotel is in an excellent location - just steps away from Pike Place, the waterfront and many shops and restaurants. We arrived by Uber and walked everywhere. When we were ready to go to Pier 91 for our cruise, we took a taxi. Both modes of transport were great.
We enjoyed most breakfasts onsite which was so delicious! Hannah was our waitress and provided excellent service. Their bartender was amazing! I asked for drinks off the menu and he delivered excellent drinks each time!
The front desk attendants were very helpful. Adrienne made sure we had everything we needed.
The hotel is beautiful! We also enjoyed relaxing in their charming library/fireplace room. We loved the hotel and service so much that we rebooked rooms after returning from our cruise. "
