"The list of things that were bad is fairly long. 1. The air conditioning didn't work and I was told they were "in the process" of changing over from heating to air conditioning. 2. We did not have hot water in the shower. 3. It was LOUD. There was construction outside starting at 4 am and because we had to have the window open to try not to sweat to death we were awake from 4 am on. 4. Only one elevator worked. 5. The front staff was unhelpful. I asked where the stairs were and, honest to god, she said she didn't know. We left early it was so bad. 6. The room was TINY. I'm only 5'2" and I had to kind of duck to get around the end of the bed to avoid hitting the TV. 7. The internet wasn't consistent and so the TV wouldn't work. The only positive I can say is that the bed was comfortable. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE."

"This is a basic but well kept and well functioning hotel with great value for downtown Seattle. Seattle is very expensive and this hotel offers what you need for a comfortable, well-serviced stay for less than the average downtown hotel. The property was clean, everything worked. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby offers free coffee in the later afternoon, and you get a free drink voucher to use during your stay for an alcoholic beverage if desired. Nice little touches. The fitness centre is very very basic but offers an option for a light workout that saves you doing a costly drop-in at a larger gym. The only downside perhaps for early to-bed types or late-risers is the Monorail runs right in front of the property til about midnight and starts around 6-7am, and it’s a bit noisy if your room is on the front of the building and you’re a light sleeper."

"The room was very nice but the bathroom was very small unlike other rooms since we were given a corner room. The location was great but the lobby was not on ground level and there was renovation at the elevators which made it quite confusing. Parking was in the building and separate elevators. There is a restaurant in the lobby and there is a coffee maker in your room. That is it. It was in a very safe location and walkable to the Public Market and waterfront."
