"Poor communication on their "shuttle" service . We signed up ahead of time they told us $10 a person , we waited patiently and 15 minutes after our scheduled time they still hadn't communicated that they were running late , we decided to get an uber instead which showed up in seconds . Their elevators didn't work half of the time . The beds were comfy but they need more organization knowing that they are dealing with cruisers and timelines Also coffee sucked , vending machines were overpriced and had horrible selections. Do better"

"The place was clean, staff was helpful. We were scheduled to have an ADA room with a roll in shower, at first we were given a different room. Which they quickly corrected and although the correct room was farther back on the property it was very nice. We had an early flight so we didn't get to sample breakfast, but they did have a travelers breakfast available. Airport shuttle we used twice as we returned our rental car a day early so we didn't have to do that in the early morning. Then again in the morning, both drivers were very helpful. Overall we would stay there again. Thank you."

"Staying at the Hilton was a great experience, and I would gladly return! Pluses: my immaculately-clean room gave out onto a private patio. The bed was comfy; the towels in ample supply; the WiFi worked perfectly. Bonus: the hotel's restaurant is very good, with attentive staff. Minus: My experience at check-in was mixed. I HUGELY appreciated being given a room 3 hours before the normal check-in time. (I had called the day before to request it.) I appreciated the two bottles of water. However, the man who checked me in did not communicate in a way that I could understand. (1) While about to pay, he stated that $50 was being added to the amount -- and so I thought that it was *additional to* the amount I was seeing on the pinpad. However, the $50 was *included* in the amount. He should have said, "The amount you're seeing INCLUDES our $50 amenities deposit." (2) The above was a minor annoyance compared to the next miscommunication. He said to go to the next building, and then turn left down the hall. HE DID NOT SHOW ME THE MAP HE HAD SHOWN THE PREVIOUS PERSON CHECKING IN. So I followed his instructions, and was flummoxed to find myself in a large area with conference rooms on both sides. No sign leading to my room ("2113") was visible. So I walked back the way I came. Fortunately, a hotel driver stepped in: my room was BEYOND the Conference Room area! The tiny sign at the end of the conf. room area was not visible from the entrance. Why the incomplete instructions?"

"The beds were very very comfortable....the room was huge....the free breakfast was complete with the fixings including scrambled eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes,etc........included all natural Greek yogurt... Truly complete experience....the 8th floor had a tremendous outdoor deck that had the best view of the space needle"

"The front desk staff is amazing. They are so helpful and courteous. Regardless of who we spoke with, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are very spacious and well appointed and quiet. Great location, 10-15 minute walk to all of the major attractions."

"Staff tried to be helpful as much as possible with language barrier. Not a lot of workers spoke english well."
