"The best part of this hotel was the pool, hot tub and sauna. All are available for free access by guests. You dont need to pay for access to the spa to get access to these amenities. Convenient location walkable to Seattle center and pikes place. Would definitely stay again!"

"We had a room that had a musty smell and notified management and immediately they relocated us to another room and also upgraded us. The management and front desk were wonderful to work with and made our stay very enjoyable. The waitresses in the bar we're very nice and made the evenings very enjoyable. "

"Excellent hotel/stay with great food options and top notch service. The room was modern/high-tech and very comfortable. Housekeeping was always on point. Less than 20 min commute to Pike Market Place and the harbour. Highlight of the stay was the complimentary car service (in a luxury vehicle) around the downtown Bellevue area. Had to wait almost an hour for the room to be ready upon arrival, but the remainder of the stay made up for it! We'll definitely be back."
