Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Things were about as convenient and free of stress as it can be when traveling. The location is ideal. On top of that it was the most affordable rate on a room I have ever found in Seattle. I will definitely stay there again in the future when I return to Seattle. Also very quiet at night, no loud disturbances or unruly neighbor guests. Grateful for the wonderful stay. Well done Boylston Hotel team!
The air conditioning in my room was very effective, the staff was very helpful, the room was perfect, and the location was central to amazing spots

Very helpful and friendly staff. Small hotel, but it has everything you need. Perfect for solo travellers and couples. Quiet neighbourhood, but there are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Worth the money!
Room was cute and clean, air conditioner was a bit annoying as it’s a portable floor unit that turns on and off throughout the night with pretty big swings in room temp until I turned it d
A pretty nice place, really. The room was very clean with a modern decor. There's plenty of storage and a custom AC unit separate from the main thermostat.
The bed was pretty comfy. I slept like a rock.
The neighborhood is decent. There's a college and a baseball diamond just down the street. There's places to get refreshments etc
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The location and value were exactly what I was looking for, entirely pleased.
The top floor does sway a bit, but the noise level was very low overall, and the stairs have halfway-point landings so they aren't too bad even going all the way up.
I don't think I saw any vending machines or ice etc. Which you may be anticipating, so a heads up there.
We had such a great stay at this hotel! The location was incredibly convenient—everything we wanted to see and do was within easy reach, which made our trip so much more enjoyable. The room itself was very clean and well-kept. While it was on the smaller side, it was honestly perfect for my friend and me and had everything we needed.
The amenities really stood out, especially the cute lounge area—it was a nice spot to relax after a long day out. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing earplugs, which definitely came in handy since Seattle can get pretty loud, especially on weekends in busy areas.
What made the experience even better was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and welcoming, always greeting us when we came and went. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay—I would absolutely recommend it!

Great price, very clean, quiet, all new condition; great location. If you are one person without a car it would be hard to beat. But, even for just two people, almost everything had at least one significant issue. Parking is a big negative: street is best but very hard to find and look for hours when paid parking starts/ends; be ready to park late and move the car early in the morning. The rooms are small and tight, even two people have a hard time keeping out of each others way and any moving around at night is sure to wake anyone sleeping. Tho a queen, the bed was too short for my 6' husband. The room light controls are hard to figure out how, any mistake blasts out light.
This is small, cute hotel in a convenient neighborhood location. It is not staffed at night. They communicated well regarding after-hours access. My ONLY complaint is the use of silly, 5-button wall timers for EVERY light switch. I walked into a dark room and could not figure out the three wall devices next to the door. (5-button timer for the overhead light, a thermostat that should be located elsewhere, and some other wall timer. The lights in the room went off as I was taking a shower and the timer in the toilet room went off when I was sitting on the toilet. You can't see what all the different timer buttons mean. Which is the longest time; which is the shortest time? And to top it off, the thermostat for the heat has 10 miniscule buttons on it. I had to put on reading glasses and the use the flashlight on my phone to figure out to turn on the heat. After the hassle of all the light timers, I realized as I left, that the largest energy consumers of all, the heater and TV had no timers. I was too lazy to put on reading glasses and use my phone again to turn off the heat as I left, so note to owner: KEEP IT SIMPLE. I would definitely stay again, but don't forget your glasses!
Easy to find and get in, the location was perfect. The only complaint is you had to lift the door to get it to lock/ shut properly. Fine for 1 night in Seattle.
Everything and everyone was wonderful. My only complaint was the lack of elevator and the windows let too much light in due to ineffective blackout blinds that made early morning sleep impossible.
