The ground floor boasts a double garage & elevator landing. The first floor has 2 bedrooms that share a bath & a master bedroom with private bath and a porch with ocean views.

The second floor has an open and spacious kitchen, dining & living area. The gourmet kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops, 42" stainless gas oven with cook top, & more. The dining room & living area open to an expansive porch with wonderful ocean views! There are wide plank hickory floors throughout & a gas fireplace. There's also a large bedroom with a private bath on the second floor.

The entire 3rd floor is a huge master suite with a seating area, dining nook and kitchenette. This master includes a private bath with walk in shower & soaking tub. There’s even a private deck with ocean views.

Great rental for three generations

Plenty of space for kids, parents and grandparents. Great location, very clean and the elevator was useful for luggage and grandparents.

Ideal Location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect with plenty of space and beds for everyone to spread out and have their privacy. The open floor plan and porches made for a perfect family gathering. The property was very clean and well appointed. The location was ideal for walking to restaurants and the beach was easy to access. We will definitely be back!

Great location and house

Wonderful house for our big group. Plenty of space for everyone. Location was perfect for the beach and an easy walk to “downtown”. Kate was really easy to work with and we will definitely rent again the next time we are in the area.

Beach house in the offseason

It was a great place for a family gathering and vacation, even in the off season. Property manager was very helpful with any questions or concerns. There were great views and plenty of privacy. The house itself has a little wear and tear, but it didn't really effect our trip. Overall, a wonderful place for a large family to stay

Beautiful ocean view, terrific location for restaurants & clean

The house was clean and well equipped with 3 porches facing beautiful ocean views. Close enough to walk to restaurants and shopping, but away from the bustle and noise. Kate was a wealth of knowledge of tours, activities and restaurants nearby. Everything was very nice. We would stay here again.

This was a girls trip with 8 of us. More than enough sleeping room. Across from the beach and could also walk to town. Great outdoor seating. This is the best house I have stayed in at Foley Beach.

Family Christmas Time

This was our second Christmas staying at this location. It is a perfect location for our large family. The bedrooms are spacious and most have 2 beds. The large master on the top floor was a perfect escape for my husband and me, (the grandparents), to have some quiet time!

Family get away

Home was absolutely amazing! Views were great. Kate couldn’t be more accommodating and helpful. All the suggestions for dining were great. Easy walk to beach and at night walking to restaurants for dinner was nice don’t have to worry about parking! Yard was a plus for the kids to play yard games at night!!!!! Thanks

Great Time

We chose this house for our family vacation. It was my husband and I and our grown children and their spouses and children. We had a great time. The location was great being so close to the beach and Charleston and with the sliding doors open the sound of the waves was peaceful. Kate was an amazing host. She promptly responded to all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall this was a great property for our group. The layout of the house was perfect for our group. Bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. It is a great location for just parking your car and being able to walk to restaurants and , most importantly, Bert’s. We had a few housekeeping issues early on but Kate is extremely responsive and did her best to resolve our issues quickly.

Sibling reunion

We grew up in Summerville and have always had a soft spot for Folly Beach so when it came time to organize a sibling reunion it was an easy choice. We are all in our 60s and 70s now with a few family members having some disability issues so the elevator was a huge plus. The house had plenty of room for 5 couples. The reverse floor plan can be a little confusing at first but we got used to it and the yard was great for lawn games. Short walk to the beach and to the main drag and shops.

Family Reunion

The house location was very nice. The bedrooms were good. The main floor and other areas of the home were lacking cleanliness. I would suggest better kitchen organization. Some furniture pieces need of repair. We felt the price warranted certain expectations not delivered.

Wonderful beach house

Our family of 12 had a wonderful week at this lovely home. 5 large bedrooms, 4 and a half bathrooms, great well stocked kitchen ,large dining and living spaces. The top floor is a huge master suite with kitchenette and it was great for the family that had babies and cribs. Plenty of parking-we had 4 cars but could have parked 6! Ocean views from the porches. Has lots of steps but has an elevator. Walk out the front of the house and down 3 -4 lots and you are at the public beach access. Very easy walk that we did daily with toddlers and children. And you are a very easy walk to Center Street and downtown. We walked to dinner and ice cream! Kate was so kind, responsive, and great on communication. Highly recommend this place for your family.

Cleaning crew was still there when arrived at 3:15. Lights flicker and sometimes don’t come on in kitchen area. Biggest complaint is the noise from construction directly across from the property. Also construction next door and two houses down across the street. We were not informed about the potential noise and denied any compensation for the noise and ocean view distraction. We have stayed in this property at least 6 times due to the space and location. It was a big disappointment and will be compromised for at least a year as house across the street is a full renovation.

Folly is the Bomb

The first afternoon/evening we hung out in the third floor master bedroom with the Atlantic Ocean as our commanding view. That day we dined at Loggerheads. The house is too cool for words. Walk to the beach. Walk to the restaurants. Listen to the ocean waves at night and the quiet of Folly. We only turned on the main floor tv cuz playoff football. The kitchen was perfect. All that we needed was there. Had enough linens. A short jaunt into Old Charleston and to the other islands. The Owner was gracious, responsive, and knowledgeable. Recommend this house for a large group. Don’t skip out on Rita’s, Lost Dog Cafe, or a drink at Blu in the bar to reflect on the ocean. Da bestest.
