"What a lovely cottage. Spotlessly clean and has all the bits you'll need. Parking at rear of property. Has dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and cooker. Two good sized bedrooms. 2min walk to the local restaurant / pub."

"A beautiful house, with a spacious and comfortable room - with a massive bath! (We paid extra for the room with a bath and we’re not disappointed.) It was wonderfully peaceful and felt so relaxing. The bed was very soft but we nevertheless slept really well because of the lovely atmosphere, quiet and airiness of the room. Friendly and professional staff. Nice breakfast - they accommodated me being veggie and asking for beans although it was not on the menu. Sadly brought fried rather than poached eggs, but we didn’t mention it at the time as staff had been so good to us already. Loved the coffee, Definitely recommend! "

"Me and my children stayed and i have to say i was super surprised after reading other reviews. I found nothing wrong our stay it was clean our room was light and airy the staff were lovely and its 2 minutes from the beach. Il definitely be booking again! Thankyou."

"The house was really lovely, spotlessly clean and comfortable beds. We didnt eat any meals at home but the kitchen seemed well equipped and there were plenty of mugs and cutlery. The beach was glorious and only 15 mins walk away. Filey and Bempton Cliffs nearby.Wouldn’t normally have chosen a holiday ‘village’ but it was very pleasant. I would imagine it can get very busy in high summer but it was fairly quiet - perfect for us.Thank you"
