"This is the second time we have stayed at this accommodation and have a 3rd booked for may. Everything is tip top & love staying here. Nigel the host is very accommodating and helpful. Book here you wont be disappointed "

"The pub itself was clean & respectable, child friendly/dog friendly, ordered food to eat in the afternoon which was very nice (cut off point 2:30/3pm for food) Staff were extremely friendly & helpful, Strict check in times of between 12/5pm - checkout time also extremely strict, expected to leave the property before 10am. The cleanliness of the room was at a terrible level, cobwebs everywhere, wallpaper hanging off the walls, there'was mould on the inside of the sash window that only opens roughly about an inch for ventilation when the heating is on as a constant from early afternoon until close of business, the Kettle was so riddled in timescale there was no way I was using it (thankfully I had a travel kettle) the unit that the TV was on was absolutely thick with dust as was the TV (I left evidence of how dirty this was by using an anti Bac Wipes both on cabinet & window ledge that I doubt has been cleaned in a very very long time) the toilet moved away from the wall at every use, the taps in the bathroom were riddled in limescale/mould, the toilet moved away from the wall on every use, the bath was in a very tatty state, filler had been used in places to fix holes/cracks, shower has black mould in cubicle. There was no free WiFi as as advertised also was expected to pay for parking thru Smart Parking however area number didn't exist thru the app also signs state patrons of Three Tuns Hotel are able to park in the car park free of charge, £25 extra cost for 48hrs parking."

"Avoid this house and property company at all costs!!!! The house was dirty carpets not hoovered floors not swept, mould on the windows and in the pool area, dirty and wet towels laid over doors, broken kitchen cupboards,broken pool table garden overgrown and full of rubbish dirty mouldy cushions on the outdoor furniture. We had 2 blocked toilets and a usable shower in the annex and after the maintenance man had been he wasn’t able to mend these so the annexe became unusable 6 of our party had to go home. Pass the property believe it is ok to offer 15% refund minus fees and commission absolute disgrace "

"We had a wonderful stay at this holiday house with our family group of 10. The house was spacious, comfortable, and well laid out, giving everyone plenty of room to relax while still having great shared spaces to spend time together. It was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a large group, which made our stay easy and stress-free. The communal areas were perfect for family meals and evenings together, and the bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. The location was also ideal, making it easy to enjoy our holiday and explore the surrounding area. Overall, it was a fantastic place for a big family getaway, and we made some great memories here. We would happily recommend this house to anyone traveling with a large group or family and would love to stay again."
