"A fantastic hotel in a great location. Easy to find with ample car parking at the rear. Warm welcome at reception and friendly efficient service. Room was immaculate and very well maintained. "Accommodation was expensive but as we was only staying for 1 night we thought we'd spoil ourselves. Accommodation was 3 steps(I counted) to the bar/restaurant which was beautifully furnished,and the restaurant overlooked the harbour.I would say probably the best seats in the house to enjoy our evening meal,and gorgeous Yorkshire breakfast.Definitely will stay here again if there's a show we want to go to at the Spa, ideal location."

"Lovely place, beautiful food and a really nice room and ambience. But what really made this place was the wonderful warm staff.
The lady on arrival was really welcoming, the girl looking after us for food was very attentive and the gentleman who welcomed us at breakfast was delightful.

"This property is outstanding from the moment you enter, useful welcome pack, cleanliness spot on, kitchen and equipment very good, mattress and bedding first class, thick Egyptian towels. And last but not least was the communication from Nigel who couldn't have been more helpful. We booked Friday to Tuesday but ended up staying Friday to Friday which once again was thanks to Nigel 10/10"
"Excellent apartment and well appointed with everything you could need.
The main criticism is of the arcade they have there.
Many of the things in there were not working such as the pinball, pool table, air hockey, grab games, and the penny slot ones had no rubber strips on some of them making them impossible to shove coins forward, so basically taking your money with zero chance of winning.
It needs a complete revamp or closing totally
