"Lovely apartment but let down by the fact that the washing machine was not working. Message on the side dated 15/09/26 (2 weeks before our stay) saying a new machine ordered. We were not told about this when booking. All the kitchen cupboards were left out of kilter where they had been removed for access. The kickplate fell off. Also on the last day we found out that the oven didn’t work, only the oven grill so we could not cook dinner and had to throw the food away. The toilet basin plug would not stop the water from running away. Other than that as I said a lovely apartment."

Walk in and the interior is so much better, the staff are excellent and our room was very good.
