"We were made to feel very welcome. The apartment was beautiful and spotless with a balcony overlooking the North Bay. We had good recommendations from the staff on reception and nothing was too much trouble. The only confusion was the booking process. "Lovely apartment but needed a thorough clean. Walking bearfooted floors felt gritty and a little sticky. Wooden cabinets in kitchen and living area full of greasy fingerprints. Duvet had about a two inch bloody looking stain on it, brought it to their attention, it was returned later in the day in same condition.
