Shower cubicle tiles broken sealant black and soaps not new. bottles half refilled. Dust everywhere carpet dirty poor quality coffee in rooms. No one around at check out to advise of issues"

"Upon arrival the place was tidy & clean, the location of the property is great. The owners were friendly. I had to message a couple of times and they responded nice & quick. The butchers on site was lovely ! The BBQ provided was a bonus & the hot tub was brilliant. The extra £50 charge seems a little excessive and I’ve never experienced this before, it’s usually all in. We did have trouble with the doors in the property, the bathroom door & bifolds were really difficult to open and close due to...
