AC didn’t work as well as we would have wanted but who would have thought you would need ac in Alaska. Didn’t realize the homeless population was that bad, but they did a good job of keeping them out of the hotel. "

I thought it was going to be a continental breakfast; no, a full breakfast. Décor was modern and well done. Wonderful stay. "

The hotel was a couple of blocks from the central bus location to catch a bus to different parts of the city. The bus maps and routes were very easy to figure out. "You can't beat this place for the money. Most of the hotels in Fairbanks are overpriced summer tourists traps, not this hotel! Our room was clean and tidy. We had a separate room with a couch for watching TV. The man at the front desk was friendly and helpful. They have an airport shuttle that will also get you to the Alaska Railroad depot.
