Best Western Plus Stovall's Inn

"I stayed here as a kid and loved it, so I figured why not book it again......The hotel seems largely unchanged since then, and not in a charming, vintage way. The rooms feel dated, like they haven't seen a meaningful refresh/remodel in decades, which made it hard to justify the price tag at nearly $500 for two nights :(( The room had a stale, stuffy smell when I walked in, like the air hadn't moved in weeks. I left my room door open a while but the smell kinda lingered. No bathroom ventilation didn't help either. The bed was on the harder side too, nothing that ruined my sleep but noticeable. Breakfast was included but it was alright. Parking is extra each day which is kinda annoying especially after paying so much. Staff were genuinely great though, and the location if you're doing Disneyland is prime....which is clearly why the rates are what they are. Almost $500 for two nights is a lot to swallow for a hotel that feels like it's stuck in the past. If you rly just need a place to crash after a long day at the parks and don't care much about the room, it works. But I personally don't think the price matches what you're getting."

"This review is more about the hotel and flight than Expedia. Expedia by far had the best pricing. The hotel site was under construction which was an eyesore at best. The wallpaper was falling apart throughout most hallways and rooms. We had several issues with rooms including bugs in one room and damaged/broken bathtub in another room. Flight was cancelled causing a major disruption and extending our stay another day. Dealing with Expedia was easy and again, best priced. It is definitely noisier than expected. We were initially on 17th floor and could still easily hear street noise. On the 34th floor, the noise was almost unnoticeable. Hotel is outdated and that includes thickness of the sliding glass door."
