"Property was beautiful and room was comfortable. Room service lacked as 2x on two different nights ordered burger well- done and it came pink. On one of these meals, mold was in the apple juice. When I went to market to replace all the bottles of apple juice had mold in them. Food was very expensive for frozen. Staff for the most part was friendly. Room wall seemed very thin as hallway noice was very loud and there was a constant hum from the bathroom vent even when off."

"This was our 3rd time staying at the Hyatt Regency. We unfortunately went at the time LaLa decided to roll through. It wasn’t too bad, just some wind and rain for Saturday night and into Sunday. By Monday it was back to normal. The staff handled the situation flawlessly even with some calling out due to the storm. If there was one complaint it would be the elevator wait time down in the lobby. But honestly it’s not too bad. Who can complain when you’re in Hawaii anyways! This place will always be recommended. Perfect location, walking distance to everything."

"The room was clean but has some odor like sweat on the couch I couldn’t use The sink in the bathroom didn’t worked on the 5 th floor water was going down way too slow The breakfast was great the housecleaning staff was very friendly I always stay in holiday in express I like the hotel chain."
