This is a one bedroom apartment in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It has a separate bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, and coin laundry downstairs. We stayed in Fairbanks for 3 nights and this was like a home away from home. The communication with the owner was excellent! If you’re staying for any length of time, book this room if you can!!

Located in a quiet, yet very close to all life necessities, this clean property is a great find. The owner is an excellent communicator. Besides sending us all necessary info before our arrival, he checked in on us during our stay. The king mattress was very firm, as we like it. There were extra pillows, blankets, portable fan in the apartment. We took advantage of the coin operated community washers an dryers in the basement.

Really really love this place. We will stay here again. Only and I mean only issue we had is that the walls are thin! However neighbors were quiet and polite when you would see them outside. This a place I will tell my friends to consider to stay during their vacation.

Everything I needed, no surprises

If you want a posh experience and need a place to park your oversized luxury SUV, this might not be for you. HOWEVER, if you are looking for a clean rental this is perfect. It was a 1-bedroom apartment (bigger than mine) with all of the basics -- nice bathroom, large living room, full kitchen, great wifi and TV, and a new bed and linens. Everything is close by, a short drive in any direction. There were a few things that needed attention, but overall it was an excellent choice for my work trip.

Great communication with owner. Place was set up perfect. Great king size bed. Really nice stove & fridge that had everything we needed for quick meals. Internet was super fast. Place is convenient to all major highways to get to we’re you want to go. Highly recommend this place.
