"Second time staying here but first time for personal travel. Located in downtown Fairbanks (might be the tallest building in the city). Conveniently located and parking has never been an issue. Check-in took awhile - we probably waited 10 minutes. There was multiple people with complaints and cruise ship tour coordinating in front of us. Didn't seem like they had enough help especially when large groups are likely predictable. The room was as advertised - comfortable king size bed. The air conditioning was not cool at all - I slept on top of the bedding most of the night. The restaurant downstairs was nice and our server was very attentive. My first visit for business certainly was better but I won't write this place off for future Fairbanks travel. 4 stars seems appropriate."
