"Room was very warm and the thermostat was already set at the lowest setting. I had paid for the breakfast option and when I asked about breakfast they stated they were out of vouchers. They told me to come back to the desk in the morning. When I went to the desk at 6:30 am the next morning, the staff said they would be out of vouchers until after the manager showed up at about 7:30 am. I needed to be at work by 7:30 am. Eventually they gave me an old voucher, which did allow me to get breakfast."

"The room was half cleaned , sheets and towel only changed, I have doubts that they clean really. 3 box of pizzas which including pizzaz in it , from previous guests was there, previous guests keyes was on counter, after several follow up i was able to get a refund of 45 $ , i am waiting to get it, they told it takes 10 days. I paid 150$ for one night, we checked in at 3 AM and check out at 9AM. Breakfast was bad also, "

"Everyone at Hampton was friendly and helpful, and the free airport shuttle is a big plus in minus 20 weather. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice. Free breakfast was a great perk, as it would have been a chilly walk to get to another restaurant nearby. And the coffee station is always available. Hampton is also on the list of places that will pick you up to go look for the Northern Lights, so that was convenient. My main gripe: since we didn't have a car, I was looking forward to swimming in the indoor pool and using the hot tub. But the pool was not working, so they closed the whole area for all 4 days. I read another review about the pool being closed for many days and I suspect it may have been closed for a while, so beware if that's a big draw for you. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay."

"Temu bedsheets and towels, terrible quality, like sleeping in a plastic bag. Only a few hand towels, no shower towels. One of the rooms is like a closet, without electrical outlets. Late check out will cost you 50/hour, and the owner will sit in the car at the front door to make sure you leave before 11. "
