"Everything about our stay was amazing, from the staff, room, amenities. The only one thing I had a problem with is we ate at the restaurant every day and continuously ordered the same menu items but the quantity wasn’t consistent. On one particular dinner experience my son literally only had 2 broccoli crowns and 3 carrot slices for his mixed vegetables with his salmon but the other two nights the same meal came with 5 broccoli crowns, tons of carrots and sliced onions. But I didn’t complain at the time because the flavor was very delicious and staff was amazing. Also I know they’re thinking about doing away with sofa beds but I really wish they would reconsider because that was truly the deciding factor in my decision to stay there. Thanks"

"The staff was welcoming and helpful. The Tiffany lights are gorgeous and everywhere. Best wings ever! Great view from our room deck of the Chena River!! Family Friendly with lots of activities and attractions. We loved it."

"Very comfortable and friendly! Breakfast was delicious and had variety. Does not offer shuttle service so be prepared to call for a cab from the airport. "

"This hotel is not as "nice" as hotels where we usually stay. That said, the sleeping quality was excellent! The mattress was more comfortable than nicer places we stayed around the state. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. A negative for us is that there was no elevator so we had to lug our luggage up and down the stairs which was not an easy feat. I would recommend this hotel for travelers wanting to save money because this hotel is much cheaper than others in the area. "
