"The mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category. "

"An unassuming hotel about ten minutes walk from the cathedral and the canal. There’s secure parking at the hotel but it’s limited and the streets around don’t offer many safe places to park. "Travelling through France & stayed here for a night. A wonderful place to stay, we had a little villa all to ourselves. Spotlessly clean, comfortable & issues with a lock quickly remedied. Local restaurants were closed on Monday but an Intermarché nearby ensured we had everything needed to cook a meal. If you can’t find the cutlery, check the not very obvious drawers in the kitchen table! We didn’t avail of the outside pool but the kids next door certainly did & enjoyed it. I would definitely...

The apartment we had was on the ground overlooking nature (with trails).well equipped: stove, diswasher, microwave, refrigerator At this timeof the year not too many people, so it was quiet. If you are used to this type of hotel, then ok, but if not... you'll get another room at another hotel like we did.
