Had a lovely stay right in the middle of the medieval city. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice sized rooms and a nice courtyard to sit and have drinks. They helped us get a taxi to the train station at check out. Thank you!

Everything here was great! A beautiful hotel, in a medieval building, perfectly situated on a quiet street (rare) in the center of historic Carcassonne. Very friendly staff, splendid room with generous amenities and a very well appointed bathroom (L'Occitane en Provence). Overall perfect stay!

The hotel's location in the center of the medieval city is ideal. It's an oasis amid the crowds that visit each day. As you cannot bring your car into the medieval city, the hotel has an efficient system in which you park outside the city and the hotel arranges for your bags to be delivered. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a great time.

This was a beautiful hotel in a stunning place. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the shared areas excellent. The only fault is our room felt a bit tired for a 4 star hotel.

This hotel is inside the grounds of the medieval castle. It is absolutely breathtaking and will blow you away. You have to park about 5-10 mins away and walk into the castle grounds to the hotel. Inside the walls is like being transported back to the middle-ages. There are lots of little boutique shops and restaurants. The hotel was very nice and the staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast is also worth checking out. It was great!
