"We arrived early, without notice, and with a load of request, as my elderly mother was with us. We were greeted warmly at the door, and the hotel staff, Christine went over and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. Professional, friendly, approachable and excellent service. The hotel is conveniently located with various stores, restaurants & pubs along the street. Not noisy though, and we enjoyed a good rest and sleep at the hotel. Thank you for the lovely stay. Will definitely come back...

"The hotel location is excellent, just across subway station, markets, restaurants. 10 min walk to V&A museum. Coffee, tea and a cookie in the room. Hotel has elevator, friendly staff, water in the lobby. Good buffet breakfast, chorizo, ham, cereals, juices, milk, cheeses, fresh fruits, etc. I will definitely go back. 5 start property for me. :) "

This neighborhood is a little more quiet and posh than some of the others - ao its not Covent Gardens or Piccadilly, but those are just a hop away on the Tube or even a healthy walk. The place is very old and a little scary, but the staff there are super friendly and helpful. It’s like a hostel where people live there… full time? Maybe halfway house?"
