"This place worked well for us. The location is great. Easy walk to Leicester Square or Tottenham Court stations.We are a group of 7. It was nice for us each to have his own bedroom. And plenty of baths to go around, too. The place only has one "flaw"; a lack of common/gathering space. but there are multiple coffee shops and pubs nearby to hang out in."

"This was a wonderful stay and experience for our family! The only hiccup was not receiving the check-in code via email the day of. But that was solved in seconds with a quick phone call.
