"Definitely needs some updating but for the price and purpose for trip it was great. Staff was friendly. Outside area was pleasant. Only issue was the smell of Marijuana as we entered the hotel. With legal and recreational use now is something we deal with unfortunately. Bartender was very nice and helpful."

"A hidden gem! I’ve lived about 15min for over 20+ yrs moved to VA and decided to come back for a weekend for family time and I’ve been left pleasantly surprised. As “bourgeois” as a I am, I had low expectations, but I honestly am in love. We stayed in a King suite and it was spacious and clean, with a nice view of the pool and it was quiet and peaceful the entire time. This was a great find! I highly recommend"
