"The first room they put us in was something out of a horror movie, the room was disgusting, the smell, stains on the carpet, the sofa was old and the balcony door was broken, immediately we complained and was put into a much better room"

"Loved the Mount Airy staff and my room. Housekeeping, spa and valets were very attentive. My only gripe is the smell of smoke is inescapable. And putting lobby deodorizer over it didn't help. Need better air filtration. All except the smoking was very good."
