" First of all check I. Was suppose to be at 4:00 but my room was not ready until 7:00 after the check in it took another 2 hrs to recieve a remote for the tv, I spend 3 nights and recieved no room service to replace towels and Change linens after requesting it, I was told that they are very short staff. The arcade was a rip off, super expensive, the breakfast was not worth the price of $28 for adult and $18 for kids. The bathroom could have Been cleaner, it had mold in the shower. I was very disappointed with Camelback this year, the resort can use some updates for the price that they are charging per night. Overall the kids had fun a lot of fun at the water park."

"The staff were really nice but the hotel is dated. There were a couple of areas in my room that was not cleaned properly. The view from my room was excellent. My husband and I only stayed for one night but it was convenient and close to the Premium Outlets. Overall the hotel is fair and I properly will stay their again. "

"My partner and I absolutely love staying at this hotel—it has truly become our favorite getaway spot. Every visit is consistently amazing, and this most recent stay was no exception. From the moment we arrive, we feel welcomed and relaxed. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere throughout the property is peaceful and inviting. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect, and their friendliness really makes a difference. What really sets this place apart is the beautiful pool area and the fire pit—such a nice touch! It’s the perfect spot for us to unwind in the evening and spend quality time together. These little details make the stay feel extra special and memorable. What keeps us coming back is how reliable the experience is—we know we’re going to have a wonderful, stress-free stay every time. It’s the perfect place for us to unwind, recharge, and enjoy time together. We can’t recommend this hotel enough and are already looking forward to our next visit!"

"I did not have breakfast"

"I had specifically chosen this property because it had the Bistro because I was traveling with my parents who are in their 80’s. I figured it would be better for them to not have to get in and out of car for dinner and breakfast. When we checked in a sign was posted that Bistro was closed because someone called in sick. When I mentioned my disappointment the front desk attendant did apologize. The next morning when I went down to get coffee their was a lovely young lady giving out coffee free of charge because the kitchen was closed again due to someone calling out and she told me she didn’t have keys to open any rooms that had the food in it for easy to grab food. I went to front desk to ask about local places to get breakfast for my parents and the gentleman at front desk shrugged his shoulders and recommended Dunkin. Zero effort to try and help me find someplace close by and easy to get to with my parents. The rooms were lovely and clean but just disappointed in staffs willingness to even help recommend options. "

"The place has so much potential but it needs some real updating. It’s dark around the property making it tough to see anything. Our building where we stayed was very secluded and needed to be restored. "

"Clean rooms staff are nice the only problem was the fire alarm went off at 2 am for at least five minutes "
