Our room door had to be shoulder pushed open and closed. Tried to explain it to the front desk person, but he didn’t care. The lock didn’t work properly. Wash clothes left in the bathroom were all used. We paid extra for a late checkout, but they forgot and tried to enter the room twice as we were getting dressed. Trash hotel. Don’t waste your time and find somewhere else. TRUST ME!

This was, I think, the creepiest place I've ever stayed. I do have to mention that the woman at the front desk was absolutely lovely--but she was the only good part of my stay. There were a couple of the tiny roaches in my shower both times I showered (I had to stay two nights). My door looked like it had been mangled in a knife fight. The hallway looked, no joke, very much like the hallway in The Shining. I felt safe enough, like physically, once I had locked the doors-- but it felt very dirty in there. I wouldn't blacklight it. The location was convenient. This is the kind of place you stay when there's no other option and that's why I chose it. My sister joked that the M stands for Murder.

Perfect location. Ten dollar uber ride to casino. We are looking for house in area. Staff very friendly and asked us how our stay was and what they could do better. Pool was clean and warm. Rooms were clean. Shower was great. Only complaint was air conditioners were noisy in both the rooms we got. Price was more than fair. Overall great stay we will be back soon.

I never seen a hotel have that much broken furniture, dirty, stinky as this one. Even the pool was super dirty. There were dead bugs under water, dirt, hair. Fridge and microwave were dirty. The cabinet door was broken. Curtains don’t close properly. Bad bad bad experience.

We had a jacuzzi suite and the room was disgusting, the heater broken and panel of it off and our jacuzzi was dirty, and we asked for cleaning supplies to clean it out our self along with the bathroom and they asked me if I could wait till the morning, ofcourse I can’t wait to use something the next day after I pay for it. So they decide to switch me rooms and that room tile floors were cracked by the jacuzzi, the knob on it came falling off, the cleaning person that cleaned our room put a dirty towel we had set aside for dirty and they hung it back up on our towel rack, it had a hair on it because we put it on the floor. The light strips were coming off the wall and the shower head only had water coming out on one side and we couldn’t switch the control on it. And they key cards had to keep getting reactivated because they stopped working multiple times. I was not compensated at all for this stay and they were not helpful at all. It was like I was bothering them. And glass bottle pieces right outside the entry way for kids to get hurt. I wouldn’t even give this place a one star
