"This is our third time at Ocean Blue and Sand. From the moment you arrive you are treated like family. Everyone is so amazing, friendly, welcoming. The manager Victor Pacheco went above and beyond to be sure my husband and I would be wow'd for our anniversary. The room was decorated so beautiful with tropical flowers shaped into a heart and all. The entertainment team was great, especially Blue. He made us laugh. The butler service....amazing Tomas, Rayner, Daniel, amd Jose made us feel very special. The restaurants...delicious. the staff at the Mexican theme was by far the most fun and Japanese restaurant a close second. The piano bar is a must go to, very nice and the pianist is so talented, he actually played our wedding song when I requested. I went back a few nights later and with out asking, he noticed us and played the song for us and smiled. Attention to detail on every sense of the word. The resort is very clean, beautiful, has everything you need. Can't wait to go back again. Thank you Ocean Blue and Sand."

"There were two employees, one of them from maintenance, who had a rude attitude when asked questions. The elevators, both in Building 6 and the main lobby, worked very poorly. I also expected more activities for adults, better music, and more variety in the food, especially at breakfast. I understand these issues may be due to the hotel still being under construction."

"The resort is very big and easy to get lost. I suggest that they place more signs, arrows, showing the room numbers on the outside of every building. More signaling. "

"Our experience was AMAZING at this all-inclusive resort! The resort was beautiful & very well kept, the staff were all friendly & super helpful, there were plenty of pools to enjoy with swim up bars, they had a adventurous lazy river, the food was incredible with multiple restaurants & cultural foods to experience and the vibe of the whole resort was energetic with several bars & a nightclub to mingle over a drink! I would especially like to thank Miguel Garrido for making our experience at Ocean El Faro/Beso so smooth & fantastic!!! From the moment we stepped foot on the resort he was there to guide, assist, be available to any and all needs! We did not even need to worry about details - he took care of everything for us! If you ever visit this resort - definitely ask for Miguel (Mano) Garrido!!! FANTASTIC overall experience!!!"
