The room was great and was cleaned multiple times per day. The staff was excellent. As an all-inclusive resort, it had the vibe of a cruise ship with a built-in beach.

This was our second time staying at a Riu and it did not disappoint! Place was beautiful and always clean throughout. Staff weren’t very nice and hospitable. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The food was delicious, the drinks were excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you to our Expedia Butler, Noris, for making our vacation even more enjoyable and unforgettable. She checked in with us every morning to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. When we mentioned that my husband's birthday was during our trip, she went above and beyond to help arrange a birthday cake for him. Her kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to help made our stay extra special. We truly appreciate everything she did and hope to see her again on our next visit.
