Capsule and Sauna Century Group in Ebisu from NZ$79

My husband and I have just completed 9 days at Tokyu Stay and absolutely loved it. The hotel was small , exceptionally clean and the staff were very gracious and professional. My husband left his iPhone in the taxi on arrival at the hotel and Julie ( and some of her colleagues) worked extremely hard to track it down and did so successfully, for which we were very grateful. Great location for the flight home

I can not imagine a better place to stay in Tokyo. Everything was 5 star. The panoramic views over the harbour were stunning Staff service amazing particularly the concierge Very well priced. Restaurants were a little expensive but huge choices within walking distance Will always go back there

We had a lovely 2-night stay here in one of the moderate queen rooms. It was sweet and everything we needed. Also the location near the Kokuritsu-kogijo station was perfect for us. Really near Shinjuku so just awesome, we totally could have stayed longer. Staff were friendly and we were able to store our bags after we checked out. Would totally go back.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Both times as a family of 5 staying in 1 room. We didn’t spend much time in the room or hotel other than to sleep but it was spacious and well appointed. The hotel is very close to 4 stations and only a short walk to Tokyo Dome and with plenty of eating places close by.

Very good experience overall Some things to consider: 1) Guests do have to swap lifts to access rooms from the main one in group that takes you to reception only. This can be inconvenient sometimes as that couple minutes wait makes a difference when having to catch a train or got big luggages. 2) You still have to pay for extras such as a cafe latte even when you have already paid for a breakfast voucher which felt a little money gauging and greedy on the hotel being that other hotels at...

Great location in Shinjuku if you want to be where the action is at. If you take the limousine bus from Haneda Airport, it will take you to the hotel building. It’s also relatively close to multiple train stations. Had a great view of the city from the bedroom. Arrived early and was able to leave our luggage at the hotel until checkin. i love the convenience of this hotel, i don't have to stress of getting up too early to catch my flight. also, the onsen facilities are wonderful. maybe the masseuse could be better... maybe a professional masseuse perhaps? otherwise very good facilities.

If staying in Shinjuku area this modern-style hotel is a great choice. It is close enough to the action but is a refuge from the amazing buzz of the Tokyo streets. The hospitality we received from Terada and his team was helpful and very welcoming.

Slightly out of the bright lights Tokyo, lovely and quiet with a train station close by. The hotel was amazing from the moment we stepped inside, and the breakfast’s were incredible. Can’t rate this place enough and was easily the best hotel we’ve stayed in ever.

Such an exciting precinct with food and entertainment options all around. Hotel was comfortable and surrounding precinct was amazing with many food and entertainment options. Great for families but as a couple we enjoyed the hotel too. Rooftop bar has views of My Fuji on a clear day.

Perfect location, 7/11 next door, train station opposite, shrine around the corner, multiple restaurants and room was spacious. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great hotel, great service . Things in the rooms look tidy and clean

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel NIWA. As a solo traveller, this is a lovely, safe area. Although I felt safe overall in all locations. After much research I chose Hotel NIWA as I love the serenity here. It’s so peaceful, away from the busyness & the crowds, however a great location, close to all with such great transportation & so many fabulous dining options close by. The food is fabulous here. The service standards are excellent. I found all staff so friendly, courteous & so helpful....
