"Quick overnight stay, hotel well placed for Sunday afternoon on the Pier and close to the Congress Theatre for my evening concert, likewist 15 odd min walk from Eastbourne Train Station, Stff very helpful, bed room reasonale size with large bathroom (with bath). Coffee/ tea etc in room. Room nice and warm overnight (didn't try T.V. but used the fridge). Will definately book there again if a concert comes up."

"Absolutely no problems with my stay , any questions asked of reception staff were quickly answered I had a single room which was on the smaller size but still plenty of room with wardrobe, small Chester drawers with tea,milk etc on top, a round table and chair with a side top next to bed. Hotel right opposite beach and 5 minutes to pier and main street leading to town and station (15=20 mins)"
