"It is a small hotel but comfortable and the location is central to many places in NYC. The cleaning crew cleaned our room every day while we were there for 7 nights. Sophia at the front desk was very friendly and cheerful. We liked the kitchenette. The price is a deal for the location in midtown west."

"The employees at the front desk were a mixed between no can do and sure, my pleasure. I think some customer service training is needed there. And the hostess at the top terrace restaurant was really unpleasant. She even upset my husband with a couple of comments she said, to the point we almost left when waiting for what seemed a long time for her to sit us (the place was basically empty). And the food was tasteless and really expensive for what it was. The fact that your “chef” couldn’t grill a chicken breast to perfection and give it a pleasant taste did not give us a good impression of the place either. One of the doormen was flirting with my friend even though she didn’t give him any signs of liking him. As I said, your people need further training."

"The staff was very nice; The room was big. When we first arrived it felt like the room hadn't been occupied in a while. We asked to get it re-cleaned, and they did and it was much better after that. It's a great location and all in all I enjoyed the stay!"

"We had a great stay. The staff are exceptionally friendly. Free bottled water at reception was appreciated. The doorman was great! Very minor stuff: The hotel is old so there are a lot of creaks and noises at night. The a/c makes a terrible sound if we turned it down a degree so we kept the room a bit warmer than we liked but none of that impacted our stay in any meaningful way. Great location! Would stay here again for sure."
