The staff was so friendly and kind. The location of the hotel is so convenient with the metro station in the same block. There is a coffee shop shop, a restaurant and a bar at the hotel and many other eateries and coffee shops nearby. Would stay again

What a lovely stay! This hotel was perfect for us. It was right near where my daughter lives. The rooms are spacious, renovated, clean and just perfect. Comfy bed. The staff was so friendly each person we came in contact with was so helpful. Trendy rooftop bar/restaraunt. Lovely indoor lobby restaraunt /bar.

Crystal and Chuck (desk and doorman) were just amazingly helpful!! We moved our daughter into NYU and they stored a ton of luggage for us, as well as loaded and unloaded it twice! Pretty large room for NYC with 2 queens. Very clean. Only complaint was the AC was a little noisy, but it did drown out any street noise. Great location! So many walkable dining choices! They provided a suburban for us (at a small cost) back to the airport at an obscenely early hour.
