Hyatt Grand Central New York
The hotel ran out of blankets, so our kids that had to sleep on rollaway beds in 2 rooms- did not have blankets. The hotel gave us towels. We were very disappointed- especially when we paid for 2 rooms for 4 nights.

I was a little hesitant, but overall the experience was good. No frills, but the checkin was seamless, the foyer and hallways were clean and updated and the room was super clean. Cozy Stay in NYC!!
Beds were comfortable, but my sister’s bed did not have clean sheets for two nights. The unit was nice for people not looking to spend much time there.
