"The Hotel was beautiful! Our wedding anniversary was acknowledged and we were given a special surprise! We had a room on the top floor overlooking the Harbor. Next to the Parliament building. Close to popular places. The Buchart Gardens a must see. We were so happy with the whole Victoria experience! We will be back!"

"The staff was very nice and efficient and made a special Birthday trip even more special by upgrading us to a loft room with view of the garden and water. The unit looked renovated and was super spotless (and I am a clean freak!). The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows, it was like sleeping on a cloud. There was also a kitchen that we did not really use, but it was nice to have a full size fridge and microwave. The exterior was very pleasant, with garden, flowers, pond and a veggie garden. The building was adorable at night completely illuminated. I liked having parking with a choice of garage or outdoors but there was a cost of $15 per night. The breakfast buffet was delicious with eggs, meat, pastries, fruit, etc.. The location was very convenient, seemed safe and was quiet at night, a couple of blocks away from the Parliament Building, across the street from the water and within walking distance to most attractions and restaurants. One comment to the staff: it would be nice to have a full size mirror in the room, or any mirror at all, so 2 people can get ready at the same time without both being in the bathroom. All in all, it was a great stay and I will definitely go back if I am ever in Victoria again."
