Our Charming & Cozy Suite is completely private & self contained. Private keypad entrance, open concept bedroom, kitchen & living area that is fully furnished with comfy queen memory foam wall bed, fully equipped kitchen, living room with loveseat sofa-bed, kitchenette table & chairs & more! 3 piece bathroom with nice glass shower & in-suite washer & dryer! No laundromat or expensive hotel laundry service for you! You get so much more than a hotel room for much less!

Our yard is a lovely treed & tranquil setting with heated gazebo, fire table, Pit Boss Smoker/BBQ & lounge chairs. An evening in our yard is a relaxing oasis of solar lighting & ambient lit pond. You may see some wildlife too... squirrels frolic, deer come to eat carrots, quail families visit the bird feeder, bunnies...it's a perfect way to end the day!

Very nice property that reflected accurately the suite. Kind abd helpful hosts.Only drawback would be that you really need a car. Other than that, everything is in close proximity to Victoria and hikes all around etc.

Great location !! Very cute and had everything I needed. I would recommend this Air B&B to anyone.Will come back and stay here again in the future. So grateful for the washer & dryer perfect size and very impressive on how well it washed and dryer my clothes !! Thank You for a very cozy place .

The ambiance when I arrived was lovely! I felt very welcomed. Great communication with the hostess. It was a beautiful space with plenty of highlights (wifi, parking, laundry, dishes, fridge stove, etc.) The bed was so comfortable and it was quiet, I had a great sleep. I highly recommend it.

Excellent stay

Very nice accommodation. Suite was super clean and comfortable. There were a few beverages waiting for us and a treat for our dog as well. The hosts greeted us in the yard and we had a pleasant visit. We hope to stay again if we are back this way.

My friend and i stayed one evening and were so comfortable we wished we could stay another night..Our hosts were wonderful and left us cold refreshing drinks,which we sure appreciated after a busy day..We were close by shopping and many nice sights and our hosts recommended several places nearby for what our palettes desired.I would recommend staying here if you are travelling to Langford or even Victoria.The next time i stay it will be longer.Thanks Sandi and Darren for a great place.

Excellent stay!

Had an excellent experience! The room was spotless and incredibly well stocked with everything I could possibly need from kitchen essentials to toiletries. The location was great and having Costco nearby is alwaysThe host was fantastic, always responsive to my messages and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Their hospitality truly made a difference. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend this place!

Amazing Vibe

Caring hosts thought of everything from welcoming mood music and a warming fireplace upon arrival to the provision of special sweets and wonderful liquid refreshments to enjoy during our stay. Hosts also provided loads of informative brochures and activity hints to assist a traveller. The well kept property was centrally located providing easy access to the city and island highway.

This suite is quiet , comfortable and in a great location . You can be out in nature , or shopping in the city within minutes. The hosts are very quick to reply to your needs. They also allowed our 2 small dogs so this was a bonus. We were very pleased with everything.!!

Short and sweet!

We stayed for one short night and enjoyed this sweet suite in Langford. The place is very comfortable and has a very well stocked kitchen and a soft bed. We really appreciated all of the special sweet treats and welcome messages for us…Sandi even left a thoughtful treat for our dog! Thank you.

EXCEPTIONAL Charming Cozy Suite

Everything was exactly as in the description except all the little things Sandi provided to make it EXCEPTIONAL -fresh flowers, a personalized welcome message, wine, chocolates, travel brochures. Great place to stay as it was centrally located and close to the highway. Host was very welcoming. They were doing some remodeling work to the home and the Host was constantly checking on us to make sure we weren’t being disturbed. Even offered us a Gift Card but we didn’t accept because we weren’t ever bothered. EXCEPTIONAL!!

Amazing Experience

My partner and I stayed at this suite during a quick getaway to the island. After a long day of travel, we entered the suite and our jaws dropped in awe. We spent the first 20 minutes appreciating every little detail that was thought of to make our stay special. The suite was incredibly welcoming with soft music playing, ambient lighting, and soothing smells. The hosts really went above and beyond with every detail to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay, and more. We spent most of our time hiking and exploring the beaches, but this was a lovely suite to come “back home” to at the end of a busy day. The suite is truly COZY and we would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Langford/Victoria area!

The suite was cozy and well thought out with a welcoming ambiance. It was nice to have the option to prepare meals in the space. We only slept there as we were visiting family in Victoria but would definitely recommend the suite for people visiting the area.

Explore and Relax

Enjoyed the close proximity to Victoria proper as well as access to all amenities. The back yard is a wonderful spot to relax. Lots of hiking in the area as well.

Home Away From Home

Staying on Vancouver Island for a work project, this suite was a beautiful sanctuary to come back to at the end of the day. Welcoming hosts, not needing anything more in the suite, a great area - I would highly recommend this as a place to stay, whether for work or pleasure. Would definitely return.
