The Suite Spot is a lovely two bedroom suite in a quiet neighborhood

Hello,

This is a two bedroom suite on the top floor of a two story house with private entrance. It's set in a lovely treed (third of an acre lot) with beautiful tall Douglas fir trees surrounding our quiet, clean and comfortable home.
We are in the west shore, just 20 minutes out of Victoria, convenient to stores, restaurants, big box stores and every convenience one would need.
We are a five minute walk to two lovely lakes, bus stops to town or up Island and the Galloping Goose trail for walking or bike riding to town and many places in the area.
There is an awesome bowling alley minutes away and bike rentals.
There is the best YM/YWCA five minutes from here with a beautiful weight room with the latest equipment and three pools, as well as hot tub, sauna & steam room.
The house is fully furnished with a large sun room and a second living room. A lovely kitchen with new appliances and everything one might need for cooking and storing food.
We have wireless internet and TV along with an Apple computer.
Come and enjoy a relaxing stay and I will do everything it takes to help make your visit a happy time.

Very spacious and comfortable. Pretty much every thing you'd want for a long or short stay. It's on a quiet street but near many stores & restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Weekend Get Away

Arrived earlier than expected but Paul accommodated an early arrival. The unit was surprisingly quiet given it close to main roadways. The location was perfect. Definitely would stay again

Great little “suite spot”

This not so little spot was perfect in every way! We walked in and it felt like home! Everything we needed was there, the beds were comfortable, Paul the owner introduced himself, very nice guy! The shower had so many knobs, looked kinda complicated, but it wasn’t!! We loved this place👍it was close to the mall and I better quit gushing about it or the rent might go up 😂 thanks for a great stay Paul 👏👏

Comfy and cozy

Paul is a very friendly and great host. (Ask about his music studio in the back of the house). It is always great to have a full kitchen when traveling and we used it to full advantage. The property is located in Langford about 30 minutes from downtown Victoria. The property is conveniently located with everything you need nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it if you don't want the hustle and bustle of the city,

Great stay at the Suite Spot

Was a little hesitant when first drove up, the stairs and balcony need a little work. However, the interior of the apartment is great and the hospitality of the host was great. Really enjoyed coming back to the apartment at the end of the day to relax. It would be good to have an instruction sheet for the running of the place. Ie what to do with garbage, wifi info, how to operate the magnificent shower, lights for the stairs as it was hard to see when getting back after dark. However, these are minor things, our stay was great!

The property was great! Such a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to food, and many activities close by. It was easy to travel all around the area from Malahat to Sidney all within 30-45 min depending on the traffic. And traveling into Victoria was a breeze. Thank you so much for an amazing stay.

The beds are very comfortable and it was charming place and in a nice location to amenities. It does have a flight of stairs to climb that I was unaware of. Check-in and out was very convenient and the owner was willing to work with us on dates and time of entry. He is very communicative.

Paul, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. The location is great, accommodations were comfortable and had everything one might need. Great WiFi, kitchen has anything you could need, bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. We would stay again if we were in the area.
