The room was spotless and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. The hotel staff were kind and friendly, which made the stay even better. Breakfast was fresh, well stocked, and had plenty of variety. "The waterslide & pool was a hit with our 8 year old. The location was very convenient for catching a ferry or going out for dinner. There was a beer & weed store next door. The breakfast had bacon, eggs, & sausages. Quiet room. Overall the hotel seemed like it was brand new."

"The ocean view room was lovely, albeit some of the furniture is pretty dated. Cleaning staff were super friendly, which made up for the cold reception from the front desk staff. The breakfast offering is pretty terrible so we went to local cafés instead."

"I booked a pet friendly room, these rooms are usually ground floor down a hallway. The night I stayed they had a large teenage boys sport group in. They gave the room above me to some of the players, I complained as it sounded like a rugby game going on above me. Why would you place teenage boys sport team above a normal everyday guest?? Bad decision by the hotel staff to put the boys in that room. I’ve stayed here before with no problems but this time was not a positive stay. "

"This was a wonderfully clean and new hotel - very close to the ferries. It made our ferry delay very enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend. Staff was very kind and my daughter loved the the chocolates from the front desk :)"

"A great spot! A bit more clarity with check in instructions would be helpful. As well, the ability to have the door open allows for the only fresh air. I tried sitting on the wee patio with the door propped open and it started beeping after a couple of minutes. "
