"We stayed on this property while I was performing at a music festival nearby and we quickly agreed that it was the best choice we could have made. The accommodations were comfortable and it was so nice to have a lovely place to escape to off festival grounds, that felt like home! Wayne was amazing when it came to communication. We loved it so much that we are already planning our next trip out!"

"My family and I (4 adults & 3 kids) thoroughly enjoyed our week stay at Kathy’s lovely lakefront home! The home was very well stocked with everything one would need for a comfortable, enjoyable time. The welcome basket was “over the top” and very thoughtfully put together! The communication with Kathy was excellent. We were always pleased with the quick and helpful response from Kathy whenever we contacted her. We all agreed we would love to return again next summer!! Thanks again Kathy!"

Airstream on the Cowichan River

"This cozy trailer is on the owners property adjacent to the river. Many forest walks await with the provincial park nearby. If you are looking for a quiet location to recharge your batteries this is it. The bed was super comfy, bbq worked well and propane heater in the trailer worked well. Only thing lacking is wifi if you need it. Unplug and enjoy. You won’t regret it!"

Communication with Brandy was excellent. So friendly, quick to respond & helpful. The property was gorgeous. We lucked into a sunny weekend & took full advantage of the deck & tennis court! Great to have so many bedrooms! It may become an annual retreat!!"

Miracle way lake retreat
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (2)
"This is a self-contained, locked-off suite on the side of a newly built vacation home, which may also be occupied. Great location- Price Park (walking paths and beach access) is two lots away which was perfect for walking our dog. Private side yard with concrete patio and gravel area had outdoor dining furniture but lacked comfortable lounging furniture (luckily we had packed our lawn chairs). Note: there are no bedside lamps if you want to read at night, no bbq, no dishwasher, tv is available...

Riverside Inn
2.5 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (269)
"The staff was very friendly and the room was cute and clean, but there were a few issues. The a/c didn't seem to work at all (despite following included instructions, it just wouldn't turn on at all). The coffee maker also didn't work, and the lights were very dim (the dimmer was stuck on the lowest setting). The front desk is only staffed from 9-5ish, so by the time we realized these issues, there was nobody to alert. Overall, cute spot and great location though."
