"Air conditioning was not working the whole night and we couldn’t sleep The most funny is they came to our room at 4 am to try to fix the room instead of offering us a new room and they didn’t fix it and we stayed in the same room Not good stay at all"

"Amazing resort! Great amenities! Def upgrade your room. Loved the spa amenities in the bathroom. Modern, clean, excellent staff. 5 star service. Own private beach, multiple pools, slightly heated. Swim up pool bar. Enjoyed my stay thoroughly. Can’t wait to go back! "

"Great to have shared facilities with other hotels giving access to restaurants. Upgraded to all inclusive package disappointing that the bar closed by 10.30pm. Staff by the pool were very attentive, slightly slow service at the latitude bar however Gaurav and Rackesh were very welcoming. Hotel now slightly dated, restaurants and food was great throughout."
