Worth a visit

Brand new shiny hotel, still has some polishing to do on service. Staff were excellent and reasonably attentive. The day club is ideal for old Ibiza clubbers who now have a little more expensive taste. Paradiso bar is very nice for a good sunset photo, but just dont expect to get drunk here as service isnt the fastest.

There are two other FIVE properties, but this by far is the best of the three. Right by the marina with its own three level pool and then a party floor by the beach, which had the best DJs whether you’re on the dance floor or dancing on your hotel balcony. The service was wonderful from the time that you entered the lobby, going to the breakfast buffet or even enter in the elevator the politeness and the professionalism of the staff is the best I’ve seen in years! It’s hard to surpass the level of service and cleanliness of this hotel. That’s not even two years old yet. I will stay here again when visiting Dubai.

Bad sleeping environment

Great service and location however 1. The hotel swimming pool is always overcrowded and appears to be used by non hotel residents 2. For hotel guests, you need to pay 800aed to use the Sun bed on the weekend 3. They often host parties on Friday so be ready for noisy sleepless night

10/10 from start to finish, can’t wait to return. Everyone from bar staff to cleaners to drivers couldn’t do enough for us from the moment we arrived. One of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in too

Not a good experience over all

They gave a room with next building view which was like a blackout view. When i booking the city view. Everything is extra charges, even for deliveries you have to come downstairs to pick up. Pool don’t have showers.

This hotel I’ll be coming back too . I felt I was home in my Townhouse love how big the suits are…,, The Staff are welcoming and the party pools (love) it I miss the hotel already. PS the food is the best

We had a nice stay at Five Luxe. Only issue we faced was that our room was not ready even by 3pm but they compensated us by providing late check out.
