"Had an excellent stay here, ended up extending stay from 6 days to 10"

"The customer service from every single staff member was 100%. From the second we got out the taxi which was after 1:30 am. Efficient check in Process then heading to a comfortable room. Have to mention Sultana who really helpful when planning days out and giving us great deals. The concierge service was really helpful as well. In the mornings the lifts were busy for breakfast but the staff member(sorry I can’t remember her name),was doing a great job helping and controlling the lifts. The breakfast choices were incredible from a traditional options to Indian breakfast. Next time I book a holiday in Dubai this is my hotel choice."

We had the pleasure of staying at the One&Only Royal Mirage (Arabian Court) for just under a week, and our experience was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth that we immediately felt at home. The entire staff was exceptional — the attention to detail, the genuine hospitality, and the seamless service throughout our stay truly stood out. However, we want to give special recognition to one individual who made a lasting impression: Linn, the front desk receptionist. Linn was absolutely terrific in every interaction. From treating us to rose water each evening, offering thoughtful restaurant suggestions, and going out of his way to make our children feel special, he consistently went above and beyond. His charisma, warm personality, and clear passion for his job were evident in every moment. What truly touched us was that Linn came in on his day off with a handwritten letter to send us off to our next destination. That small act of kindness says everything about his character and dedication. We usually enjoy trying new places when we travel, but thanks to Linn, we just might return to the Arabian Court again.
