"We loved staying in the suite here the rooms were enormous and renovated and new. The staff were excellent and room was also soundproof if you’re by a pool and worried about kids being noisy. The hotel was very accommodating of our unusual arrival and departure hours for our 12 hour Dubai layover during the day. Spa and club room were a little tired looking and food range that you get quite limited. That part didn’t feel luxurious while the rest of the property did. Also liked it was next door to the new Atlantis so you can explore and enjoy restaurants there too. "

"The apartment had plenty of room; and the bigger rooms were excellent, the smaller room was too small and the bed uncomfortable; we ended up not using it and sharing the bigger bed. Location was great. Staff was helpful and friendly."

"My stay was fantastic from start to finish. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. I was also impressed by the hotel's beautiful external design. However, I do want to mention a safety concern: the tub in my room was very slippery. I'd highly recommend that the hotel place a rubber mat inside to make it safer for guests."
