"We had a very late check-in due to a flight. This was smooth and easy process in our room. Our room was immaculately tidy and clean. We are very comfortable in the suite. We didn’t need the butler service as we found it confusing with what they would do and what they wouldn’t do would stay again in a smaller room or even the same room without this butler. Service absolutely recommend to anyone."

"We had a lovely 2 night stay. The check-in was efficient and friendly, and we will received an upgrade to a stunning room with a view over the sea and palm. The hotel is energetic with lots going on. It’s great for kids, we did the water park and post chambers, which were great fun. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with pastries a particular highlight. We ate in Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street, and although the food as just ok, the service was brilliant and they had a great musician and a little play area for our daughter. They were very welcoming and friendly. I also had a beer in the South American themed restaurant (I forget the name) and the live music and band was top drawer. I would recommend this hotel for a few days of fun for everyone. "
