"Resort and property were perfect. Them asking me to cancel on the app and book again with them on site, then later realizing I was paying for the room twice for the same night was disappointing to say the least. As impressive as it was, I’d never stay there again because of that, I don’t like being scammed."

"Fantastic location for Jumeireh Beach - the area around the hotel is great and the walk over to Bluewaters Island is very near. Traffic is busy but that’s because it’s central but taxis are very reasonable. Some people say the hotel is noisy but we found the rooms to be very quiet with excellent housekeeping. The pool was also much bigger than some reviews suggest and the hotel kept the water cool somehow which was a great relief in temps of 40+ degrees "

"Lovely resort for families, we only stayed for 3 nights and the concierge service was excellent. The water park was great fun. The only downside was that the service for food and drinks by the poolside was slow. "
