Air conditioning was not working the whole night and we couldn’t sleep The most funny is they came to our room at 4 am to try to fix the room instead of offering us a new room and they didn’t fix it and we stayed in the same room Not good stay at all

They didn’t explain to us that the snacks in room will be charged to us and they replaced it each day. I ending up with 120 dollars bill in snacks I thought were complimentary

Rove JBR
Rove is in awesome location, very friendly staff especially Uraiz. Only the rooms are small and seems to be a hotel.com the information is not updated. Rest all well and overall liked the stay.
